Mr. Punit Thambi from Dress Circle, who is also the owner of Décor Surface in Ahmadabad was a speaker at Lucknow IIR and said that,“Retailing is a continuous process, launching a product and involvement in selling, promotion, interaction with the customer and spreading the awareness and knowledge of the products in Architects and Designers, with right tools and sources is also very important, its not a day work it takes time, be a part of that process then only you can sell that product.”
