    For Retailing your knowledge about the Product is more important than your selling skills

    Interior Designer Niraj Shah, Chairperson, IIID Ahmedabad chapter shared his opinion on Retailing of the Decorative Products and said,“Good display, convenient location and the availability of all the product range under one roof is the pulse and need of decorative industry, for the decorative industry you need to have a choice of touch and feel the product”.

    Further talking about the retailers selling behavior he said,”For a retailer, his selling skill is not important, your knowledge and awareness about the product is more important, today I am impressed that the young generation of retailers are making relation with designers and architects with an intent to understand the application of the product it’s viability and future in the design, just for selling they are not making relations and this is what the biggest change in the last few years is seen”.
