Retailers need to have a proper interface with the customer
Amit Arora who heads DCA Architect in Delhi and is a very popular face of Retail space designing fraternity while speaking at a panel discussion on a topic, “Evolving retail culture and how to evolve’ in Lucknow IIR event talked about the changes in Retail segment and said, “With globalization today retailing is at a new level, new phenomena and new dimension can be seen, new material is available at the fast pace but the challenge is how to interface with the customer, how to reach them. Every retailer is trying to present in a better and different way but how to interact with the customer that has become so complex, he will have to make a proper balance between the end consumer and the architect.”
